It started on my "honey-do" list.
My wife works in healthcare, and night after night I watched her wrestle with a process that felt painfully manual, slow, and frustrating. Hours spent cross-referencing products, digging through spreadsheets, validating device information, and trying to piece together data that should have been easy to access.
The more I listened, the more one thing became clear:

I'm an ex-Amazonian with a background in putting the data in the hands of users that need it. My background isn't in healthcare, but I do come from a world obsessed with solving complex operational problems at scale. So we started asking a simple question:
